You may not remember me from the Church of the Navivity in Maysville. Your mother was my God Mother. My mother Elizabeth Power sang in the choir with you and your mother.
My sister, Martha Elizabeth Power MacMullen, told be about this Mason Co. blog and that she had read about you. We met in Maysville over the 4th (she lives near Washington DC and I live in Cincinnati) with our husbands and stayed downtown at the French Quarter for 3 days
just revisiting places and remembering all the great times we had growing up there. We were walking around Market and 3rd St, I remember your father working in his taylior shop and seeing him in one of those big windows. He always waved at us.
Your web site is great and I enjoyed hearing you sing!

Since I'm now in rehearsals every night for the upcoming Fall show, I'm not sure about Oct.5th (I know you're not surprized about that) but I would truly love to come. It's so hard to get away on weekdays. And the times you've had something on the weekend - we've had shows going on. But I will try.
